We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or product, within 30 days of purchase, with a valid receipt. *Exclusions apply*
Exceptions / non-returnable items Bras, Panties, Hoisery, Bodysuits, Lingerie, Swimwear, any adhesive products and all sexual wellness products are non-returnable due to hygenie and health concerns regarding these products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
