Shipping Policy

At Cherchez La Femme Boutique, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and discreetly. Below are the details of our shipping process, timelines, and options. As a company, we reserve the right to modify our shipping policy at any time, and we will notify you if there are any changes that affect your order. 

 

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take a bit longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Our courier services picks up Tuesday-Friday.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are determined by Province and these will also be displayed at checkout.

  • ON, QC, MB For orders under $250 a shipping cost of $15 is charged.
    Orders over $250 will be delivered for free.
  • AB, SK, PEI, NS, NB For orders under $250 a shipping cost of $18 is charged.
    Orders over $250 will be delivered for free. 
  • BC, NL, NWT, YT, NU For orders under $250 a shipping cost of $21 is charged.
    Orders over $200 will be delivered for free. 

Estimated delivery times:

  • We use a ICS to deliver packages Canada-wide. They deliver within 1-7 buisness days.
  • If you would like shipping through Canada Post to a PO box please reach out to us for delivery costs.
  • If you would like overnight shipping through Canada Post, please reach out to us at contact@CherchezLaFemmeBoutique.ca for delivery costs.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

 

3. Domestic & International Shipping

We currently only ship to addresses in Canada. At this time we are not shipping to the United States due to the new U.S. Duties Rules. We hope to offer this again at some point in the future.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided link.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at contact@CherchezLaFemmeBoutique.ca as soon as your package is delivered
  • We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
