What is the return policy?
Holiday Policy: For purchases made from November 1, 2025, all standard eligibility requirements remain in effect. To make your holiday shopping easier, we’ve extended our exchange window until January 6, 2026 for eligible items.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or product within 30 days of purchase, with a valid receipt. Exclusions apply.
Non-returnable / non-exchangeable items: Bras, panties, hosiery, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, any adhesive products, and all sexual wellness products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and health concerns. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.
Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including the return of the original item and delivery of the replacement.

Can I edit my order?
If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, we are no longer able to make edits.
What are your shipping rates and timelines?
We aim to process all orders within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume times (such as sales or holidays), processing may take a little longer—we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

United States Shipping
- At this time we have had to stop shipping to the United States do to the new U.S. Duty Rules. We hope to offer this again at some point in the future.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
We typically use courier services, which cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
If you need delivery to a P.O. Box, please email us before placing your order. We can arrange shipping through Canada Post—please note:

- Free shipping does not apply to P.O. Box deliveries, regardless of order total
How do I know my size?
Fit is everything—especially with lingerie. We include detailed size guides for each brand HERE, but if you're still unsure, feel free to email us for personalized fit advice or for an virtual bra fitting. We’re happy to help you find the right style and size for your body.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various denominations. They make a perfect last-minute gift and can be emailed directly to the recipient. Gift cards are final sale and never expire.
