What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit ONLY within 30 days of in store purchase or 35 days from order date for online purchases.

FINAL SALE on bras, panties, underwear and specialty lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, shapewear and ALL sale items. No returns or exchanged will be accepted.

Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, odour-free and with the original tags attached, and the original packaging.

What bra sizing do you use?

We use US Bra sizing for all the bras we carry.

We carry US bra sizes 30-44 A-H.

Are there any shipping costs?

We do offer free In-Store pickup.

Expedited Parcel - ON, QC, MB For orders under $200 a shipping cost of $15 is charged.
Orders over $200 will be delivered for free.

Expedited Parcel - AB, SK, PEI, NS, NB For orders under $200 a shipping cost of $18 is charged.
Orders over $200 will be delivered for free. 

Expedited Parcel - BC, NL, NWT, YT, NU For orders under $200 a shipping cost of $21 is charged.
Orders over $200 will be delivered for free. 

You will receive a tracking number when the shipment has been processed on our system.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and shipping of replacement item(s). Please ensure your package is insured and trackable.

We do offer online bra fittings if you do not know your size. Please text or call us at (226) 665-3131 to set up an online bra fitting, or for any questions related to sizing.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to or text us during our opening hours. We will see what is still possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by email. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to and we will contact the shipping company.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. How do I change my account password?
