Orders & shipping

What is the return policy?

Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit ONLY within 30 days of purchase.

FINAL SALE on bras, panties, underwear and specialty lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, shapewear and ALL sale items. No returns or exchanged will be accepted.

Returned items must be new, unworn, unwashed, odour-free and with the original tags attached.

Are there any shipping costs?

We do offer free In-Store pickup.

Expedited Parcel - ON, QC, MB For orders under $250 a shipping cost of $15 is charged.
Orders over $250 will be delivered for free.

Expedited Parcel - AB, SK, PEI, NS, NB For orders under $250 a shipping cost of $18 is charged.
Orders over $250 will be delivered for free. 

Expedited Parcel - BC, NL, NWT, YT, NU For orders under $250 a shipping cost of $21 is charged.
Orders over $250 will be delivered for free. 

United States: A flat rate shipping cost of $29CAD is charged for all orders.

You will receive a tracking number when the shipment has been processed on our system.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and shipping of exchanged item(s). Please ensure your package is insured and trackable.

We use a courier service for CAD orders and are unable to ship to a PO Box through them. If PO Box shipping is required, please email us at contact@CherchezLaFemmeBoutique.ca. Please note, shipping to a PO box will increase shipping time estimates.

Shipping Timeline

These are estimated shipping timelines. **Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Orders are shipped Tuesday - Friday. **

1-3 business days in Ontario

3-7 business days Canada wide

** We ship through a courier service. They pick up orders Tuesday - Friday. Please contact us if you would like shipment to a PO box. As this needs to be shipped through Canada Post cost and timeline may vary **

4-8 business days to United States

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to Contact@CherchezLaFemmeBoutique.ca during our opening hours. We will see what is still possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by email. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to contact@CherchezLaFemmeBoutique.ca and we will contact the shipping company.

Bra Sizing

All bras have been converted into CA sizing for ease and convenience. For more information, please see our international bra size conversion chart. Or see our Size Guides by brand.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we strongly recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us, and you will also be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. By creating an account with us, you will be able to make the most out of our services and save time in the future.

How do I change my account password?

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by clicking the 'forgot password' link. Once you click the link, you will receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. Follow the instructions to set a new password that is secure and easy to remember. Remember to keep your password safe and never share it with anyone.
