Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt.

Exchanges & Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Final Sale & Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to Canadian hygienic regulations and the nature of intimate apparel, any item with a gusset is FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange or store credit. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Panties / Boxers

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear (Mens & Womens)

The following items are also final sale:

  • Strapless bras

  • Hosiery

  • Adhesive products

  • Sexual wellness products

  • Sale merchandise

  • Gift cards

ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE.

Items purchased at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for exchange, return or store credit. Please ensure you are happy with the style, size and fit before purchasing sale merchandise.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@cherchezlafemmeboutique.ca before sending any items back.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

  • Items sent without prior exchange approval will not be accepted

Damages & Shipping Issues

All items are inspected prior to shipment. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item arrives damaged so we can initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
